Welcome to the Marine PC Instrumentation project

Welcome to our community site, the goal of this project is to create a knowledge hub for everyone who is interested in this subject to participate and collaborate together.

All the information here is provided with the express intent of allowing interested boaters to develop components or systems on a non-commercial basis.

The initial community was started by users on the YBW forums

Our first project is the PC based autopilot project. The name ForumPilot has been suggested by Morgana, ShaunG agreed but is very taken with OpenPilot . Sounds catchy! Any detractors? OpenPilot? FreePilot?

I have also developed a recording Barometer project that I'd like to throw into the pool.
